Issue:
After adding Ringotel to my Fusion PBX system, my connected Polycom phones stopped ringing—all calls started routing only through Ringotel, bypassing the desk phones. While Ringotel acts as an endpoint, I expected all devices (desk phones and the app) to ring simultaneously.
Observations:
I want to use Ringotel only as a softphone/desktop companion, not to replace my desk phones. I don’t want to manually add the Polycom phones to Ringotel’s system.
Question:
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it?

Observations:
- When I deactivate an extension in Ringotel, the Polycom phone reappears in the Fusion PBX registration list.
- The Polycom phones still appear registered on their LCD screens and can make outbound calls, but they vanish from the PBX server’s registration list.
- Rebooting the phones makes them reappear briefly before disappearing again.
