Hi all,
i have a problem with a new FusionPBX Installation. It runs on Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS and was installed via the ubuntu-install-script.
As i am living in Germany, i have set both ringback variables (ringback and tranfer_ringback) to $${de-ring}.
There are currently 3 phone-extensions and one ringgroup, containing all of them (ringgroup-ringback is also set to de-ring).
Now the problem... If the inbound-route points to one of those 3 extensions, it all works well. The caller hears the ringback.
But if the inbound-route is set to the ringgroup, the caller hears 1 short ring and then silence until someone picks up.
I have tried to change the ring-strategy (simultaneous, enterprise), but without luck.
If i set a greeting in the ringgroup, the ringback works fine after the greeting is played.
But i would like to have a normal ringback without a greeting on the ringgroup.
Maybe someone has a hint for me?
Thanks in advance!
