Just a quick one guys. I have a ivr setup to goto a ring group on digit press. Now this works fine however i wonder what the max time it will ring is, reason i ask if i set the group timeout to say 30 seconds it will follow the timeput destination after 30 seconds as you wpuld expect. However if i set the timeout to 300 seconds for example tge call never gets past 2 mins ringing it always forwards after 2 mins and if no timeout is set it drops the call. I cam get round this by setting the group to timeout to itself to keep the call ringing indefinatrly but is this intended behaviour.
