Ring group Rollover not working

Hello community,

My setup is Rollover ring strategy, it should be 101 is busy, then call will be going to 102 but not ok. Its ring again 101.

OS: Debian 11
FS version : 5.1.0.RC1
Switch Version: 1.10.9
PHP: 8.1.20

Please any one share some idea, How can I setup busy ext and call going to another ext.
