SOLVED Ring group hang up call before time

Hello all I have a ring group with 4 mobile numbers and only ring 2 numbers and the others not. I don´t know why my fusionpbx send a SIP cancel before time and the provider answer with SIP 487.

My provider not have timeout configuration in its servers.

Estrategy: Enterprise

firts number: delay 0 time out 30

second number: delay 30 timeout 60

threeth number: delay 60 timeout 30

fourth number: delay 90 timeout 30

Timeout Destination: Hangup

Call timeout in ringroup: 140


Fusionpbx 5.0.1 || PHP 7.4.28 || freeswitch 1.10.7 || PostgreSQL 9.4.21

Something similar happens to me as well so if sending a call directly to a ring group I always play a "greeting sound file" just 500ms of silence to answer the call. I'm sure there's a better way than this but that's what I've been doing.

Did adding the sound file fix the issue?
