Hi all.

Please excuse if I am using the wrong wording here.

When a call is received by the main ext/switchboard, when transfer is pressed, you hear the hold music, but as soon as that call begins ringing on whichever ext it has been transferred to, the call on the callers side goes quiet, no "ring-back"/ringing, until the call is picked up by the user at the ext.

How do I enable the ringing?

In your dialplan variables (advanced -> variables), what are ringback and transfer_ringback set to?

There was nothing set under either of those,

I created transfer_ringback with $${us-ring} and it is working now.

Thank you very much for your assistance!
