Reset Default Settings

Is there anyway to reset the settings in Advanced > Default Settings back to their defaults

One reason i'm asking we made many theme setting changes and want to revert to the current default so we get the new UI

Delete the variables that you want to reset back to default values and enablements. Run app detaults upgrade. Logout. Login.

Start with only 1 variable to give yourself a greater comfort level before deleting all of your intended variables.

Screenshots, SQL query, etc for more safeties.
