Regex Help

Hi,
I am trying to create a regex however I am not getting it to work

Can you help with the regex expression with the following starting prefix

01 - (maximum 11 numbers including 01)
02 - (maximum 11 numbers including 02)
03 - (maximum 11 numbers including 03)
07 - (maximum 11 numbers including 07)
08 - (maximum 11 numbers including 08)
00 - (there is no maximum as this will be for international calls).

The dialers would need to have 44 as a starting digits which will dial in to the trunk as a E164 format.

Which means 0 at the start, then one of 012378, then nine of 0-9, then the end

I dont really understand whats wanted with the 44, but here is is with 44 on the front
