Hi , i have setup a fresh fusionpbx 5.3.3 , i have setup two gateways with ip authentication , i need to record inbound and outbound calls, i added user_record=all in inbound diaplan , incoming call is working fine but in cdr no recording show, i have same dialplan in a different server fusionpbx5.2.4 it is recording all calls .Can someone guide please how can i enable recording ?
