Recording call

There is any option to record only calls that been answered ?

Try setting "media_bug_answer_req" to true at the top of your dialplan.

In many cases you may find this behaviour happening because the call HAS been answered. I'm not sure if this is the case now but for example, if a welcome message has been played before the call is sent to a ring group, the call is answered in order to play the message. That triggers the recording to start.
