Port Configuration

Hi to everybody,
i've got some trouble with incoming and outgoing call, sometimes they drop at 2.02 minutes, with sngrep i see that incoming call from the server come from port 5060 instead of 5080, by the way 5060 it's for internal registration.
And another thing that i see is that all the extension are registered in the 5060 port and they don't take the ramdom port, how can i set up the port whitout having troubles?

By the way, all the equip it's behind a firewall, and disabling that everything seems working correctly, by the way i've forwarded port 5080 and 5060 from external ip strainght to pbx.
