I have constant poor quality on conference calls, other calls seem fine. I'm wondering if it's because of some audio codec translation because I notice that it says it has a READ CODEC of L16, which I'm not sure what that is? The calls typically only have 2-3 people in them.
Any suggestions on better quality on conference calls?
