PLAY an AUDIO file, after the calls was picked up

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to call a list of extensions and play an audio file when every call is answered.

This, basically, to warn all colleagues when particular internal events occur (even where no PC present but only telephone)
Is there an easy way to achieve this functionality with FusionPBX?
