I have a problem with the phrases. I’ve tried to setup one phrase. For the language I put: 'en' in the Language filed (w/o the quotes of course). And in the Structure, the function is ‘Play’, the action is one .wav file. The domain is correctly set, and the phrase is enabled.
Then I pointed the IVR to this phrase. It doesn’t work, cannot play the .wav file. But if I point the IVR directly to that .wav file, it works fine. Also tried with some of the standard recordings, instead of the wav file. Same result.
Any ideas?
