Phone Survey Possible? Will Hire to Customize

Hi? Is the following possible? Or at least 1,2,3?

(1) Receive inbound call
(2) Play recorded questions
(3) Capture DTMF responses to the questions
(4) Export out the results to a .csv (or store in a DB that can be accessed)

I can pay someone here to customize what needs to be done

It is absolutely possible with enough scripting but I can't help in that department. Others might be up to the task.

You might be interested in dialer.ai since it has the functions you want and more. It runs freeswitch also.
