Greetings,
Not sure what info to provide but we have a site with 3 grandstream phones and 1 panasonic KX-UDT131 cordless phone all Grandstream phones are working perfect. The Panasonic phone is registering and can place calls. It will ring and show an incoming call but when the client answers the phone, the other phones keep ringing and the panasonic acts like it hung up. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions..

Sounds like a issue on your Panasonic.
- Toggle transport (UDP -> TCP or vice-versa)
- Reduce registration time to 300 or 150
- See if there is an RPort option in the settings to help it traverse routers/firewalls

Those are some quick tests you can perform that may help

Hi James,
I have tried the above suggestions and have no luck in getting this phone to work. I completed a factory reset on the phone and the base and started fresh.Made the suggested changes and I still have same issue that when a call comes in and I try to answer with the cordless the cordless appears to answer but all the other phones keep ringing then a second later the cordless screen go's back to the main screen.

On a side note I noticed in the pbx registrations page the IP has the correct WAN IP but the LAN IP has KX-TGP600(M) instead of the ip address of the phone. Not sure if this could be part of the issue.

Thank you,
Doug.
