Hello again,
Still making progress on this configuration. Inbound calling works great, but outbound calls and calls to local extensions all route to our inbound IVR.

Logs:
https://pastebin.freeswitch.org/view/106cb45b

It seems like the inbound dial plan is being processed first before rules in the outbound dial plan are processed, and that the outbound call is being treated like an inbound one. I'm using SIP Profiles instead of Gateways. Am I missing something to tell outbound calls how to reach the gateway?

This is wrong.

2017-05-11 15:29:12.608440 [INFO] mod_dialplan_xml.c:637 Processing Mike Thomas <111>->8018300186 in context public

I haven't read it in detail. Contact me privately if you need support.

Let's solve it in the forum. That's the point of this site. ThriveLife, could you share your dialplan with us?

Sure can, dial plans are a little complex, what's the best way to share them?

IDK if this helps, but here's inbound/outbound routes and a zip of the dialplan directory. some data masked like domain names.

My PBX provider has informed me that both incoming and outgoing traffic should be going to port 5060, and that they cannot provide communication on port 5080.
