Hello,
I recently moved my network to Starlink, and since then, both outbound calls and internal calls between extensions have stopped working. My FusionPBX instance is hosted in the cloud, and only the extensions on the Starlink network are affected. Inbound calls work fine, but I cannot make outbound calls or even internal calls between extensions.
Setup Details:
PBX: FusionPBX hosted in the cloud (AWS)
ISP: Starlink (Business)
Router: DrayTek (not using Starlink’s default router)
Issue: Outbound calls and internal calls between extensions fail from the Starlink network
What Works: Inbound calls
What I’ve Tried:
Checked firewall and NAT settings on the DrayTek router
Ensured SIP ALG is disabled
Verified that the PBX can be reached from the local network
Monitored logs but couldn’t pinpoint the issue
I suspect the problem is related to Starlink’s CGNAT, but since I’m using my own DrayTek router, I’m wondering if specific NAT or SIP settings might help resolve this. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or can you suggest the best configuration adjustments?
Thanks in advance for your help!
