SOLVED Outbound calls intermittently failing

Over the last 7-10 days, I started having intermittent issues with FusionPBX failing with some outbound calls. Outbound calls will work fine for hours and then every tenant (domain) will get errors while trying to make outbound calls for a few minutes or hours. Without any intervention, it will resolve itself and allow outbound calls to occur again.

While this happens, calls are still coming into FusionPBX just fine, but no outbound calls are making it out. I'm really stumped as to where to go from here. So far, I have checked DNS, and even during the issue, fusionPBX is able to resolve everything it needs. I do not see any errors on Twilio's end. When the problem occurs, it looks like the calls are not making it to Twilio.

Any troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.

Are you hitting the channel limit you have setup at your trunk provider ?
