I've recently upgrade my fusionpbx to 5.3.1 and I've realise that if I updated Outbound Caller ID name and number then Save it the Fusionpbx database update correctly but somehow XML dialplan doesn't take it, Ive tried clear cache and reboot the server but it doesn't solve the issue, the only workaround I found it is to delete the extension and recreate it then it will take whatever I put in outbound Caller ID, but if I want to edit it it take it but no effect on outbound call. Anyone have an idea about this? Thanks.
