Outbound Caller ID Number field is now a drop down

The extension outbound caller ID number field is now a drop down and I would like it to be just a field where I can enter any number I wish. Not sure how I got this but would like to go back.

Any ideas?

Just figured this out - it was a permission I had set in group manager.
