Outbound Call Recording only one side of the call

Switch 1.10.1 (64 Bit)

When making a call only my side of the call gets recorded, when someone call in both sides of the call is recorded.
I Have Multiple services providers and it happens on all of them

Call recording is switched on on all the extensions

Does any one have an idea why this is happening
