SOLVED No Ringback on Ring Groups

I have an issue where I have no Ringback tone on calls that are directed to a Ring Group.

I have setup the Ring Groups as default, set the destination and action is transfer to Ring Group. Inside the group is 6 extensions. Everything is working normal as expected, just no Ringback, thus inbound callers are thinking that they are not yet connected to via the circuit.

All tones are set to us-ring

Don't know what is causing your issue, but to help diagnose, try uploading a .wav file and then select this as the Ring back drop down in the ring group record. See if the callers hear that.

Thank you Adrian, I should have looked at the SIP traces before asking here. The devices in the Ring Group picked up and pushed silence in the RTP stream.

Bypassed the issue by setting a Ring Group Greeting before the silence on the RTP was sent. Customer happy.
