Hi all,

I have outbound calls working well with voip innovation, however, I'm having issues with incoming calls.

I called voip innovation and they tested the call and it said the port was unreachable. I'm not really sure what that means. I have the endpoint port group set to 5060.

As far as access controls, I'll paste what I have:

allow 64.136.173.22/32 VI Outbound - Secondary
allow 209.166.128.200/32 VI Outbound - Tertiary
allow 64.136.173.31/32 VI Inbound - Primary
allow 64.136.174.30/32 VI Outbound - Primary / Inbound - Secondary
allow 64.136.174.20/32 VI Inbound - Tertiary
allow 209.166.154.70/32 VI Inbound - Quaternary
allow 192.240.151.100/32 VI Outbound - Quaternary / Inbound Quinary

I reloaded the ACL but still issues with incoming. I even tried stopping fail2ban to see if that was causing the problem.

I've gotten other carriers to work, so I was just wondering if there are idiosyncracies I'm missing with voip innovation?

Thanks!

By default, gateways are configured to use the external profile, which uses port 5080, not 5060.
Alternatively you can change your gateways to use the internal profile, and add your IP addresses to your ACL list as you've already done.
