No Incoming call on DID

VoIP trunk registration is good, outbound calls are fine but no incoming calls. Fusion PBX 5.3 and below is what I see in the Log file. I have gone ahead and create a new domain and user name as requested by the log file but still no luck. See below for log file entry.

You must define a domain called 142.1x7.7x.xx7' in your directory and add a user with the id="XXXX_Trunk" attribute

and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in its authentication credentials.
