NO AUDIO WHEN ON VSAT NETWORK

Hello

I have a fusionpbx server which works ok. The problem here is when I am on a regular internet (i.e fiber,microwave,GSM), RTP work but when I move onto a VSAT network RTP seizes to work(NO AUDIO). I want know if there is a delay or latency feature in freeswitch that can help me fix this problem.

Ok it appears RTP works ok with softphone on the VSAT but not on hardphone(Grandstream)
