No audio on TLS internal profile

Hi all. I have a multi tenant setup and all is working fine. One new customer has a new Telus router which does not allow SIP ALG to be deactivated. I have read that changing registrations to TLS avoids ALG issues as it uses port 5061. 5061 is open on the router and TLS is enabled in the internal profile. The problem is when I'm registered to TLS I get no audio either direction. Is there a seperate RTP port range for TLS that I'm missing? Thanks in advance.
