Dear,

Is it safe to create multiple ivr levels on fusionpbx? How does it handle possible loops scenarios?

I have multi-level IVR for at least 10 domains, no issues as of yet.
Yes it is possible to create loops, it is up to you to handle loop scenarios and provide callers a way out.
 
@Dast Thanks a lot! If there were some kind of toll allow permissions to associate on IVRs itself, it could prevent some kind of call loops, i guess.
