microsip or zoiper help

Can someone help me? When I make a call, and I need to type 1 or some number for a menu option, in microsip, zoiper, in the case when it is on the computer, it does not work, but on the physical telephone device it works normally, what do I need to make it work, could it be something with DTMF?

Usually Zopier or Linpone works straight out of the box..

You could tweak the DTMF settings on the softphone? Mine is set to RFC-2833
