Media not passed when i try to call Freeswitch Call Center and agents are Matrix bridge users

i am trying to call Call center number and this call center contains Matrix agents using bridge from freeswitch to matrix and what happen :

  1. when i am using VPN the call created (from Freeswitch Client) and Matrix agent answer the call and media passed normally without any problems and here is the log of this call using firefox browser only and not working in chrome

what i found in log that mod_opus not working in failure case
