Listening to Voice Mail Greetings

In our Fusion server, We have a domain , when we access the voice mail via the Voice Mail key, and select "Advanced options 5" When the voice mail asks to CHOOSE a Greeting ( dial 2) the Greeting is played so we can listen to the Greeting or re-record.
We have a different domain, when we go thru the same steps to listen to a Greeting, we do not hear the Greeting. I am sure this is a setting that we have missed, but I do not know where to look or make a change.

Can I ask the Fusion Community for assistance ? We are on 5.0.7
