Limit total duration per user/gateway/domain for outbound call.

Dear,
I'm finding solution to limit the total duration for outbound call. Ex: limit total duration in month for user or gateway or domain (any if possible). I find mod_limit but there's total calls limit without duration.
Can someone please help me.
