SOLVED IVR an time condition

Hi everyone

I'm having a little trouble setting time conditions and IVR, i already made it made a few test and i've done doesn't work and i don't know why.
I made a graph to explain what i'm trying to do, which is quiet simple but in practise it keep ringing like i don't have a time condition.

Anyone could be kind enough to explain how to do that ?

Ensure you set the time_zone variable in default settings to the correct time zone.

You might want to send your call to the time condition extension first. Then send it to the open IVR and the closed IVR Menus or other desired destination.

Hi Mathieu,

I've already done configurations similar to yours, and they work without any issues.
The only difference compared to your setup is that in the time schedules, I don't use "Hour of day" but rather "Time of day."

I'm not sure if this will help you, but it's worth a try!

Hour of day doesn't work intuitively. When it's set to 9-4 it means all of 9 up to all of 4 until it's not 4 anymore(so it means 9-5). This is how FreeSWITCH looks at the hours.

Hi,

the way I do this is that I send the call from Destinations to the Time Condition.
As the other 2 responses mentions, don’t use Hour of Day, use the time of day.
Let me know if you need a little more help with this.
