Internal & External SIP not starting

This is the (Log Viewer) when I try to start them.

It also says this; 2018-04-25 15:39:07.370075 [WARNING] switch_core.c:1611 Cannot locate domain 10.142.0.4

It was working fine this morning until I was headed out for work

Maybe a permissions problem? I saw something like this recently that was corrected by re-applying permissions on the server. I haven't figured out what caused it. Did you do anything recently? You won't necessarily see it show up right away if you did something to change permissions. So I could have been something you did hours or days ago.

So try reapply permissions and see if that works.
