Incoming calls won't arrive, how do I troubleshoot

hi I set up ringcentral as gateway, outgoing calls no problem, but incoming won't arrive, on ringcentral side, it says rejected.
I attached log viewer, but i don't even see what's wrong

Make sure the sip ip's from your provider are allowed in acl. As well as check how many digits are being sent by ring central when the call comes in.
