So I have a Fusion PBX server hosted on digital ocean. I use it multiple times a day, every day for outgoing calls, works a treat. I also receive incoming calls occasionally. I had a customer today that claimed he tried to call me and got a message saying the line was not in service. I use Telnyx for my SIP trunk, I pulled the logs and it showed repeated invites being sent to my pbx with no response. I searched the FusionPBX logs and no record of the incoming call. I tried calling my number from another phone, went right through. So I called the customer and had him try again, and it went right through this time... He is a Verizon wireless user, and only thing he mentioned was he was in another state when he tried to call earlier...
I had a similar situation a few months ago, telnyx showed no response from the PBX server, FusionPBX showed nothing in the logs... The server hasn't been rebooted in months, running stable. Any ideas?
