So I searched and no dice based on the topic specifically. My customer is not receiving inbound CID name, of course they receive number. I can register a phone on a different system SBC is passing the name and number on this trunk, however, when I register my phone on fusion using the same trunk I don't see the name. I can't tell if it's being overwritten, when I looked at the logs. I just see the number in the logs. Any help...
