SOLVED Inbound Call Problems

Hi this is my first post and first time using Fusionpbx so be gentile with the noob.
I installed fusion on debian 9 with little issue and eventually got the outbound calls to work correctly but for the life of me i do not know where i'm going wrong with inbound calls so any and all advice to would be greatly appreciated.

attached is what i get in log viewer if it helps

Add 197.84.140.140/32 and any other IP's belonging to your carrier to your ACL
