I can't get the Call Broadcast Application to work

I can't get the Call Broadcast Application to work on Version 5.2.4
Operating System Debian
Version 12

Based on the public documentation, it seems that the Call Broadcast configuration is quite simple, however I can't get it to work.
Is there any prerequisite to activate this module?

Here is my configuration
Create a new entry in the Call Broadcast application from the Applications menu and configure:

• Name: test
• Start Time: empty
• Account Code: empty
• Timeout: 60
• Concurrent Limit: 100
• Caller ID Name: empty
• Caller ID Number: XXxxxxxxxxxx
• Destination Number: 501 (I tested with an extension and with an IVR)
• Phone Numbers: XXxxxxxxxxxx|name 1
  XXxxxxxxxxxx|name 2
  created from the Sample CSV File
• Voicemail Detection: True / False
• Toll Allow: XXXXXXXXXX
  according to the Outbound Routes rules

Save and then go back to the entry to hit Start

The system indicates: Call Broadcast test has been started
but there is no activity.
