HT701 ATA ADAPTER - OUTGOING FINE - INCOMING TO VM

I have a Grandstream HT701 ATA. It registers fine, makes outgoing calls fine, but all incoming calls go straight to VM. Any ideas?

I am using TCP for transport

Its gonna be NAT thats for sure, look for nat settings in there

Try setting stun to yes but leave the field blank

SOLVED; Ok, I found the issue with the HT701 - I had the option: Check SIP User ID for incoming INVITE: No Yes (no direct IP calling if Yes) I changed it to NO and it started reeiving inbound
