I have been searching but couldn't find it anywhere.
Right now, if the called extension is busy, if it's a local call, the other party sees normal clearance and if it's an inbound call, the caller sees and hears nothing, just the call terminates immediately.
I tried playing with tone settings of Yealink phones, it was set to "Custom", but setting it to anything else doesn't have any effect on the situation. (There is also no busy tone for my country in Yealink settings, but nevertheless, this setting doesn't effect anything in the mentioned behavior.)
Voicemail is also disabled on all extensions. I just want the caller to hear the prompt "the user is busy" and I wonder if it could be set to play different prompts between a local caller and the inbound caller.
A workaround comes to mind is like create an IVR, record or a stream, set all extensions to forward when busy, forward it to this IVR, record or stream. But I don't find it neat, since it requires to tamper with all extensions.
