Help with Ring group and Grandstream phones

I have a ring group setup with a couple extensions. Doesn't matter the strategy but for whatever reason my GS phone (ext 1014) doesn't ring when multiple extensions are present. If I have a softphone registered (ext 1600) then the softphone rings no problem but the desk phone is ignored. If I remove the softphone (1600) from the ring group and only have (1014) desk phone in the group then it rings. Am I doing something wrong with ring groups or where should I start looking to troubleshoot?
