Getting 503 errors making outbound calls

Hello,

I am running Fusion PBX 4.2.0 Switch 1.6.20 on Debian. We connect to the PBX using the SDK and register SIP endpoints so we can make calls from fusion to another phone system. I was seeing some issues yesterday where we would get a 503 error when placing a call for a station we already had registered. I ended up restarting fusion and this error went away.

Here are a few questions:

1. Where can I find the logs from yesterday and see more details on the 503 error. The only reason I knew it was a 503 error is that I saw 503 in our software app that is connecting to Fusion. I was also seeing some
2. Where can I find the config file that shows me how many outbound calls I am limited to? Yesterday I had ~450 channels up and it should have been around ~650.
