By chance someone has solved the problem of 481 Call Does Not Exist.
It's a new facility, calls come in and out fine, only when the originator calls and the recipient ends the call first, the originator stays active, it doesn't receive BYE signaling.
This is a Grandstream 2160 and the latest version of FusionPBX 5.3.4
