fax server email issue

Hi, I recently spun up a new instance of fusion pbx. I've set up my gateways, fax server, destinations and my smtp settings all input. When I email test it succeeds, but doesn't pop any logs, and when I fax even though the email is set inside the fax server it just drops the fax in to inbox and doesn't seem to try fax_to_email. Anyone encounter this, is there a step I'm missing?

I've tried resetting the fax and email services, I've modified the lua from executeString to execute. Still not passing to email, to confirm I receive faxes and can see them in fax server inbox, I have email set in each fax extension, and can test successful deliver in email log but just not handing off to email.

I see in log viewer that fax_relay is set to false. Would that be causing the issue?

FAX Server issue - Outgoing FAX with Fax server via ATA(HT812 Grandstream Model)

ATA is registered with Extension, we need to send fax from ATA to FAX Number via Fax server.
How can we achieve that?

Currently we create one extension for ATA and that is registered
We have create one inbound route for FAX number and route that call on FAX server extension and calls goes well.
However, using this we can only receive the fax in inbox not in sent box.

We need to be send FAX outside using FAX Server.
Please assist me with solution/routing details if anyone can.
