Hey Guys,

I created a new tenant domain on a FusionPBX 4.5 server. All other tenants work correctly.
The new tenant, I am moving from a different FusionPBX server. I did an export of the extensions and devices from the old server and imported them using the Web GUI into the new server. Everything seems to be correct.

Here's the issue:

If I call any extension from another extension in the same tenant, it works as expected. If I call from outside the tenant, extensions don't ring and am told to enter a name for the voicemail directory. If I route the inbound route directly to an extension, same thing. But if I route it straight to voicemail, I get that person's voicemail greeting and all is well.

Not really sure which part of the logs are best to post. From the CDR details it says it gets a voicemail_record_name as the result of the call.

I've tried recreating the inbound route, no difference.

Thanks,

OK. Here's the log. I've obfuscated the domains and IPs.

Basically voip.domain1.com is calling voip.domain2.com
4035551212 is the outgoing number of voip.domain1.com
5875551212 is the incoming number of voip.domain2.com

Thanks for the help.

I managed to figure out the issue.

When the extensions were imported in, the Call Screen option was enabled.
Disabling Call Screen seems to have fixed the issue.

Thanks
