Does anyone have any idea why there's a duplicate agent when viewing the agents on the Call Center Queue?
If you try to click on these duplicates, there's no value on the extension and there's no option for me to delete them.
- They are not added as duplicates in the Call Center Agents
- Tried Reloading the Call Center but it's still there
-Tried to Clear Cache, Reload ACL and XML but didn't work
Another thing we noticed is that when an incoming call comes in, these duplicate rings(for about a second then disappears) as well.
