DTMF Issue

One of our client facing a DTMF issue only on a particular number while entering the 20-digit member ID. We are using rfc2833 mode and I changed the duration from the default 2000 to 192000 but no change. As checked in CLI, I didn't see any error on the live call. Can any one help me to sort out the issue?

@alan Because you said the issue only happens on a particular number, could the issue be on the upstream/callee end? Do you see the proper DTMF digits being received/sent in the freeswitch logs? Sometimes, when there are media converters involved in the call path upstream to you (Digital to Analog to Digital), DTMF digits get misinterpreted resulting in a issue you're seeing. Try to change the DTMF type to inband for this call and see if that helps or not. Check the pages below for more info on how to do that.
