Hey guys,
I'm trying to find pros and cons to configuring dedicated gateways per customer in my hosted pbx, or setting up my trunks globally. Is there more overhead internally doing them individually? Or just more backend work for me to set each one up? The only benefit i can see of doing them separately is better reporting on my sip provider end..
Im providing service at a flat rate, so reporting and potentially limiting channels per client come to mind as important. I dont want someone purchasing a single extension at a flat rate, then following that extension to 6 different cellphone, but i dont want to hard limit incoming channels at the sip provider as that will just give a fast busy for anyone calling in or out.
Anyone doing flat rate have any insight?
