Dashboard missing missed and recent calls

So I admit to being a new user, but I did search to see if I could find it.

When I first installed it for test, the dashboard showed as very meager, no recent or missed calls. And then after some activity, it suddenly started to show those items, similar to shown here: https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/home/dashboard.html

I figured that was because there was some activity to show.

But when I rebuild from scratch, this time as actual PBX rather then my playbox, it never happened.
So I am still looking at a dashboard without any calls, despite having a few days of history now.

I believe it is supposed to be arranged with this screen: https://docs.fusionpbx.com/en/latest/advanced/default_settings.html#id5
But those values are all still default.

So: How to enable/force call history on the dashboard.

Ok, in order to see call statistics in the dashboard the user needs to be assigned to the extension, typically usernames are created with the same name as the extension number, just to keep things simple, that way, you know the username to log in with to control any given phone. Often assigning an extension to an admin user is overlooked.

That works. I must have done this on my sandbox install as well.
I did not do that because this is a pretty small and 'userless' company.

So now I added all 3 handsets to the admin user, and it shows a nice dashboard.
